Locus Research
Transform Intiative Creator and Organisor

Locus Research proposed, developed and implemented the “Transform” initiative with Textiles New Zealand. This involved creating an effective development framework that recognised specific barriers to uptake within the Textiles Industry.

The 4 step process was designed to create a degree of buy in from the companies involved and to ensure the projects were thoroughly investigated and accurately framed. This process would also ensure that the MED allocated funds would provide the best benefit to the sector and to New Zealand.

The “Project Development Specification” (PDS) process that Locus Research deploys commercially was used as the basis for the validation phase.

Locus Research is a company with fresh ideas on research and development that are broadly embodied in the concept of “Life Cycle Thinking”. Locus works in a wide range of industries providing effective research, development and project management and research aggregation for developmental projects.

Locus has developed a robust set of processes and tools that enhance projects and enable them to be strategically well defined and accurately implemented.
